Youthful, leafy, and very pure, high acid, medium plus tannin, and a full body. This red wine is extremely oaky and earthy, with small tones of black fruit. It pairs well with red meat.

EXCELSIOR SYRAH

This bright jammy syrah is a bold red wine. It has notes of oak, such as vanilla and cedar. Juicy and ripe and direct, bursting with flavors of dark berries, licorice, and plum. It also has an equal number of mentions of red and black fruit. It's more dry and slightly acidic. This pairs well lamb, beef and poultry, and even deer.

Robust, yet smooth Rib Shack Red wine out of South Africa's Western Cape is a very versatile wine that pairs well with both meats and poultry. Its rich, dark berry flavors meld beautifully with a slightly smoky oak spice.

INDABA, CHENIN BLANC (2018)

Still, White. Chenin Blanc is South Africa’s most widely planted varietal and the Cape’s signature white. This fresh, easy-drinking version offers vibrant flavors of honeyed pear, golden delicious apple and luscious tropical fruit. This pairs very well with spicy food, shellfish, and various cheeses.

Still, White. This is a medium bodied wine, very dry, and slightly acidic. It holds a lot of citrus notes, tree fruits such as apples and pears, and a few mineral earthy notes. It pairs well with shellfish, vegetarian, and even goat cheese.
